Referral Requirement

A referral from your primary provider or therapist is required before discussing treatment options.

Insurance Coverage

Services may be partially or fully covered by insurance. Please verify your coverage with your plan.

Accepted Insurances

We accept Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Connecticare, Harvard Pilgrim, Magellan, Medicaid, and United Healthcare.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Excessive cancellations may result in termination.

Medication Refill Requests

Contact your pharmacy first for refills. Call or email for assistance with refill issues.

After-Hours Prescription Refills

Fees apply for after-hours refills. Requests processed at our discretion. Allow 5 business days.

Payment Options

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Rates vary by clinician and coverage.
