Melinda Silva Grant, LCSW, PMHNP-BC

Melinda Silva Grant is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who brings both clinical expertise and a wealth of experience in social work to her role. She holds a Master’s in Nursing from Yale University, where she specialized in psychiatric mental health, and a Master’s of Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University. Melinda has worked with a wide range of populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and the forensic population, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as mood disorders, substance use, and thought disorders. Her 17 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker have deepened her passion for closing health disparity gaps in mental health treatment, and she continues to provide patient-centered care focused on healing and well-being.
