Felicia A. Rumph, LMSW, LCSWA, is a Licensed Master Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate with more than 25 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. She has provided behavioral health and medical social work services in inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings, working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults from diverse backgrounds.

Felicia believes healing begins with a safe, supportive, and trusting relationship where clients feel heard and respected. She uses evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based interventions, tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals.

Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, anger management, substance use disorders, prenatal and postpartum depression, life transitions, and coping with chronic or terminal illness. Felicia is committed to helping clients build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and achieve lasting emotional wellness.
