Danielle Buchanan, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting adults through life transitions, emotional challenges, and periods of overwhelm. She earned her Master of Social Work from the NYU Silver School of Social Work, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and practical approach to care.
Danielle works with adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, burnout, and major life changes. Her style is warm, honest, and collaborative. Sessions often include real conversations, learning how to slow the mind and body, understanding patterns that keep you stuck, and building tools you can actually use outside of therapy. Danielle creates a supportive, judgment-free space where clients feel heard, grounded, and empowered to make meaningful changes at their own pace.
