Mental Health Referral Resources

Mental Health Referral Resources

At Lifespan Collaborative Services, we partner with schools to provide comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health and wellness support for students, educators, and families. Our goal is to foster safe, emotionally supportive, and inclusive school environments where all students can thrive academically and socially. Services are customizable based on each school's unique needs and can be delivered individually or as part of a full-service wellness program.

We help schools connect students and families to the appropriate level of mental health care through referral coordination and community partnerships.

Whether your school is seeking targeted support or a comprehensive program, we are here to co-create solutions that promote emotional well-being and long-term success for your entire school community.
Services include:

  • Development of referral pathways to community mental health providers
  • Crisis intervention and triage support
  • Guidance on accessing evaluations for specialized services
  • Ongoing collaboration with external providers to ensure continuity of care

Whether your school is seeking targeted support or a comprehensive program, we are here to co-create solutions that promote emotional well-being and long-term success for your entire school community.
