We are looking for Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners who are able to treat the Lifespan (children to older adults) registered with the State of CT as an Independent Practitioner or near completion of the requirements for independent practice.
1099 independent contractor position with a flexible schedule of hybrid or fully in person
60/40% split
Credentialing and billing are provided by the practice
Consistent referral of patients from the community
