Founded in 2015, Lifespan Collaborative Services addresses the growing need for mental health evaluations in children, adolescents, and adults. Initially a pediatric resource, we have expanded in response to increased referrals. Our collaborative approach partners with primary care providers and psychotherapists to facilitate seamless access to our services. We conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations that identify the underlying causes of mental health symptoms, considering factors such as nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle. This holistic assessment allows us to create individualized interventions aimed at stabilizing mental health and enhancing overall well-being. Lifespan Collaborative Services is dedicated to providing effective, evidence-based care for our clients' mental health journeys.
